Baluran National Park "Africa Van Java"

 Officially this is the first time that i visited to this park. Baluran National Park! It was a short holiday. Actually i don't know where this park located .. on Situbondo district or Banyuwangi? The location of this park was strategic. You will through this road if you will go to Banyuwangi city or Bali island with land transportation. From Surabaya city, it's take about 6-7hours. yes, it was a long trip. But this is the real journey.

Baluran National Park is the only place in Indonesia which looks like an African savanna. Therefore it is called Africa Van Java in Indonesia. There is two main spot, first is Bekol Savanna and second is Bama beach. But unfortunately i decided to not go on Bama beach because i was tired. The road was broken so we had to be careful. From place of entry ticket to Bekol Savana, it's about 1 hours with a broken road. and from Bekol Savana to Bama beach still 6 km again (or maybe it's about 30 minutes)

and because the vehicle that i ride is not good (tire was deflated) so that my friend and i did not dare to continued the trip to the Bama beach. After 1 hours... we arrived in Bekol Savanna..

In Baluran, i can watch wildlife there and see deers, large javanese water buffalo, peacocks, eagles and macaques and much more wild animals. 

For the entry ticket: 15.000 IDR/ person (for local people) and 150.000 IDR/person (for tourist). Motorcycle (5000 IDR) and car (10.000 IDR). Actually, iam not satisfied in here. it's recommended for visitor with their motorcycle.
